Studies by Harvard amoungst many other educational institutions have shown movement/ exercise to help women going through menopause on many levels. Be it through improvement of bone density, muscle mass, heart health, sleep quality, emotional resilience, stress management, healthy body fat levels, plus many other benefits. Some of you may know I have facebook and instagram social media feeds, but I wanted to create something which could deliver more information, workouts, yoga flows and be used by those who dont want to use social media.
So I've spent the last two months in between teaching yoga, fitness and personal training my clients, creating my very own Menopause App.
As menopause is a natural process I want to help people to find natural solutions for being the best they can be during menopause. Whilst some may still need HRT, there are still so many other things you can do to look after yourself. Many of us reach for a tablet before we look at the causes of a problem, which is often lifestyle linked. So my app is aimed at everyone, going through peri menopause to post menopause. Whether on HRT or not, you will still benefit.
